USELESS TELKOM

I have triend endlessly to cancel my service. Spent hours at the Tygervalley Telkom branch just to be told that I need to use the My Telkom app to cancel service. I registered, tried to link accounts so that I can proceed to cancel and all to no avail. I am not interested in paying R1200 for an internet service that promises. 10 M speed and delivers as slow as 2.9 M. I consider Telkom core ******* and *******. Their inability to help at there understaffed service desks is astounding. Their self service app is useless and I am forced to pay a bill for a servuce I have been trying to cancel since November 2018. I am forced to again que at a helpless help desk. Please HELP. I NEED TO PERMANENTLY RID MY LIFE OF TELKKOM.
