Useless telkom

Only reason I've given telkom a 1 star is because it will not allow me to make it -10!!!!

Telkom delivered our new wireless ph on the 18th of December 2018, needless to say the piece of junk is faulty and has never worked. After numerous calls to the sales/technical departments (with many promises and NO delivery on them), we were advised by yet another consultant that we needed to take the phone to a telkom shop, which we did. The shop assistant advised us that the phone was faulty and we should get hold of telkom sales ( around and around we go ).

Speaking to yet another muppett on the 25th, we were promised a new phone would be delivered on the 27 or 28th (needless to say this was yet another FALSE PROMISE)!

Today the 4th of January 2019 I once again spoke with another muppett who advised that there was nothing they could do...we should take the phone to a telkom shop - i lost it!!!

My mother is 81 years of age, relies on her landline heavily (this Xmas an d NY she was unable to talk to any of her friends around the world) - Thanks telkom we have had no landline for 3 weeks with NO END IN SIGHT!!!

Can anyone help??
