Useless Telkom

Since the 25 November, 2019 Telkom advised me that they owed me money. They had owed me 2 amounts and the one amount has disappeared. From the 25th I have been phoning them everyday regarding my refund. Today I had phoned them and according to them, I am not getting my refund. Customer service is useless and the way they say they owe you money but do not refund your money. This is the worst Network possible. Whoever is thinking of using Telkom cause they Cheap rather go to someone else that is a bit more. The customer service that you are going to get from Telkom is going to make you want to pull your hair out. If Telkom owes you money forget about getting your money back from them.
