Useless Telkom

I have been trying to cancel our phone/adsl line since March 2018. I have been into the stores.. been given an online address, which I sent everything requested to. They responded that it will be cancelled in 3 weeks from there.. nothing happened. I mailed repeatedly, and then the email address bounced back. I called telkom.. they gave me another email address, and to date: NOTHING!!!!! I stoppwd paying the bill, in a desperate attempt to have the line cut off... still there! Telkom, you are pathetic... and your service must be the most useless out there!!
