USELESS TELKOM

I can just say - TELKOM YOU FU%4ING SUC**** I have been trying to get hold of someone for the last 3 days and just can't get hold of anyone. I did manage to speak to one consultant but my dog has more savvy than what she has, and finally when the light went on in her head she transferred me to another department where I just stayed and waited on the line for more than 20 minutes. So in total Telkom has taken over 1 hour of my call time and still no results. So can someone with a brain and preferably with a manager position contact me so that I can resolve some issues I have????
