Useless Telkom

UPDATE: Have been phoning every day, twice a day on 10213. Every single day their "systems are offline", for all Telkom users note that "system are offline" is merely an excuse the useless call centre agents use so that they do not have to attend to your query. Do not trust these psychopaths when they tell you something, they're all the same - useless. They have no use on this Earth and that is why the only jobs they can find is with a terrible company called Telkom.

11 May 2018 Telkom contacted me on my private mobile number offering the new fibre internet line. I placed the order with the consultant and he said an engineer would contact me within 48 hours to arrange for the installation.

After 48 when no-one contacted me I phoned Telkom again, the consultant said she would "escalate" the situation and that an engineer would contact me within 48 hours.

This process has continued from 13 May until today with the exact same response from the brainless consultants each and every time. This week I tried cancelling the fibre order but Telkom say they cannot cancel the order as it is busy being installed. I tried explaining that nothing is being installed.

I have now come to the realisation that Telkom only employs the most stupid individuals and that it is impossible to reason with any of them because they are completely unable to think for themselves, they are only able to follow the script given to them.

I currently am on a 4MB ADLS plan and I want to cancel this stupid fibre order so that I can go on to the 10MB ADLS plan. Unfortunately NO-ONE in Telkom is able to process such an order and now I am stuck with absolutely no options.

ADVICE: DO NOT USE TELKOM. SHOP FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO ACTUALLY GIVE A **** ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
