Useless Telkom

Telkom's admin is up to ****. I have cancelled my line that didn't work for 2-3 months. They owe me for not being able to use the line. I phoned and placed disputes. Then they debit my account after cancellation. I phoned again they admit is was incorrect and would refund. After weeks I reversed the amount and stopped the payment. Now they want to hand me over to the attorneys for the amount I reversed. This is ****************!
