Useless Telkom
The service I'm getting from telkom is very poor, my account is up to date with my payments but my account has been suspended for 3 weeks. Went to their off offices and the consultants tell me they don't know why it's suspended and that I showed call their accounts department, I spent more than an hour trying to get a hold of their accounts department and I got no response, what the hell is that? Here I am stuck without Internet from useless telkom. To anyone out there thinking of using telkom for their wifi connection my advice is don't...
