USELESS TELKOM

I took out a new data contract with Telkom. The wifi router and sim card was delivered to me on Thursday 2018-04-19. No where was it indicated to me that it is not necessary to RICA the sim card. As a law abiding citizen I went to RICA the sim. They then informed me that the sim was already registered. (Saturday 2018-04-21) When inserted the sim card it would not connect to the mobile data as it keeps on saying I am out of bundle. The I phone the most pathetic customer support service ever!!(14h00) Was on the line with the first call for more than a hour. And still the problem was not resolved and I requested a supervisor to phone me back. I waited 4 hours and still nothing form them!!!(19h30) I then phoned again and was informed that my query was resolved!!! I informed the person that as a matter of fact that the was not resolved. And once again I was informed that the supervisor will phone me shortly.

It is now more than 24h later and still I have not been contacted by any supervisor or sales person or any body from this useless company!!!!

I will not recommend them to any body as there own personnel cant even sort out their own systems and networks!!!! USELESS!!!
