Useless Telkom

Telkom should not be a business they should go out of business and a company that actually know what they doing should take over. Telkom an all the useless *********** idiots working there should go bankrupted. They can deliver a simple service nor can they do simple maintenance of the service they cant provide. Openserve is part of Telkom UNFORTUNATELY and no one I spoke to at Telkom has any contact info nor can get in to contact with Openserve who is supposed to do the cable repairs since beginning 2018. But obviously because they are part of Telkom they are just as useless and a bunch of *********** idiots. For them to receive a phone call from me trying to get the issue I have been sitting with for two months is a big joke and all they do is give the same old stupid excuses and nothing else gets done, no feedback is received but yet the dumb asses wants to get paid each month and wants to know very quickly why payments are not made and it needs to be paid ASAP that they are very quick with. Then there is that stupid response they give you where they say "we will credit your account with the period of down time" so they want me to still pay for a **** service and a down DSL and telephone line which receives no attention, flawed thinking no wonder we still a third world country basic services people pay their asses off for cant even be provided. In a previous review I wrote on hellopeter Telkom idiots rep**** with more of the same excuses and said they will provide feedback and here we are a few weeks past and no reply, no updates and line still down.
