Useless Telkom
I have never had to deal with people like the humans you have working at your call centre. They are rude , 99% of them dont know what they doing . my adsl service was installed on 27th Oct - to date the order has not been closed off and nobody seems to know how to close it . the adsl line is extremely unstable .
i spoke to a manager at your Durban branch by the name of Denzil Naidoo , he promised to look into it and call me back in 20min which he obviously didnt do . CAN SOMEBODY WITH SOME BRAINS ATTEND TO THIS ??????????????????
