USELESS TELKOM

I'm so disappointed with Telkom with their customer service, network problems and data usage, Telkom is useless and robbing me because I am paying for a service I am not receiving. how can a mere cellphone finish 9 GB of data in one and a half day, and when you are asking their excuse is Facebook and what's app. My package include night time data but it always says out of bundles but when I check data is available.
