Useless Telkom

<p>I asked Telkom for a ADSL line and they install 'n normal landline. Took them a week to convert it to ADSL.<br />I am using Afrihost as my main service provider (Excellent service!!). I have been waiting for Telkom to put my line in the holding pool since they installed the line. All problems arrived since they installed a landline landline and not a adsl line. I had to convert the landline to ADSL and waited a week for that After the line has been converted i have send Telkom two mails to add my landline to the holding pool. No response, make sense since you cant even dail the department. Utterly useless!! Know its going to take probably another month for them to attend to the query.</p> <p> ********** </p>
