Useless Telkom

Cancelled my Telkom landline and received confirmation of my cancellation and the fact that I must pay them for two months due to the fact that I only requested cancellation on the 5 of March.

Paid for two months even though I did not even made use of their services. They never cancelled the line and kept on billing me for a Landline that I cancelled. Although confirmation of my request was sent to me nothing was done.

They then went on and handed me over to the Attorneys although I did not owe them anything. I contacted the Attorneys several times and explained the situation and they assured me that Telkom will get in touch with me which they never did.

They then went on to list me as a defaulter on my credit record and I don't ever owe then anything. They are so pathetic and does not has a clue what is going on in their own business! Now I must suffer as I was maliciously listed on the Credit Bureau as a result of an *********** business who don't know what is going on in their own company
