Useless Telkom

I have never experienced such S**T service in my life. From the 19th of February 2020 Telkom keeps taking my Airtime and they just say that my phone is sending out bulk sms but i have No confirmatin on my send items, No subscription nothing. Each time I recharge My airtime disappears And the call center agents as well as their ur useless team leader just say the can not do anything about it and they can not escalate the problem to the operation manager or call center manager. I have never seen such useless staff with no telephone ethics.
