Useless Telkom

I was called 3 weeks ago by Telkom asking if I wanted to upgrade my internet line. I agreed and a 10 meg line package was to be set up, the caller advised that it would be set up within 3-5 working days and that I would get a new router also within 3-5 working days. I have since received an email welcoming me to my new 40mbps line (not sure if that is what was ordered) but I have still not received the new router. Telkom are impossible to contact, total joke!
