Useless Telkom

Dear Useless Telkom. Id like to know wen my R200 will be credited back into my account. I logged a query on the 22nd February at Mall of the South now its the 25th March. All I get is a kind message from someone from hellopeter, i d prefer you give me feedback. No wonder telkom is going to the dogs. Service did i say customer service or lack there off. My opinion useless. I curse the day i took out a contract. Please dont send me a msg telling me you are investigating. Is my account details sitting in iraq in a warzone were u cant get hold of it. I am sick n tired of your nonsense. its tru what they say u pay peanuts u get ******s. all they hire are a bunch of ******s who dont care. Telkom pay back the money my R200 n stop *****ing me around.
