Useless Telkom

This is my 3rd report still no response. Pay back My R200 plz. I want my money back. U r the the worst company. I would advice ppl not to take a telkom account. u charged me R200, debited it in my Jan Statement Now March no refund no response all I get is a message that ull investigate. Is my account details in American that u cant access them. I curse the day i walked into Telkom store. I will go to cell c they will buy out my 2 contracts n then i wont have to deal wit u. that being said pay back my R200
