Useless TELKOM

Never in my life have i recieved such bad service as i have with telkom. How is ths company still operational is beyond my understanding.... I have been gighting with them for over two months now to come and sort out my internet as i am constantly getting dips and being thrown off my connection. Im paying R800 for a 20meg fibre line. And i do constant speed tests and i will be lucky to get 1meg out at some times. I have followed all their instructions to find the source if the problem and have found nothing.. I have requested for them to send a technician to my house numerous times and they keep telling me that there is nothing wrong on their side and they are associated with vumatel who has also not been helpful at all. As they also claim that there is nothing wrong on their side but yet, i still lose connection. I have wasted allot of time and airtime contacting telkom and vumatel. They are like stuck records telling me the same thing over and over. Frankly i believe now that they are just *****ing my money as i do not get my monies worth.. I am tired of fighting with them and cannot tolerate this anymore. Something needs to get done about their bad service. I am to this day still waiting on them to sort my internet out and send a technician out. They are now costing me allot of money and its unfair as i am a paying client. They need to be shut down. Cos they dont deserve the public money.
