USELESS TELKOM

Guys this is really bad... Telkom is a joke the service they provide is pathetic. SO.... I cancelled my contract with them and paid them all their money, so it happens that I paid more than expected so I am due for a refund. But the funny part about this is that the 1st agent I spoke to told me it's 3000 and the second 1 had a different amount of 2500....ok I proceeded to make plans as to what is the next step. I spoke to Xolani Thembela who told me that I must wait 14 working days for them to pay me my money back. OK so he also said that the matter is sent to the billing department who needs to refund me. OK so it's day 20 I still did not receive my money. I call them they tel me that this is matter was NEVER escalated so now I'm on the dark as to why I was told it was sent or the relevant department and from there I wait 14 days for the money. Now no body can help me. I was even given a Ref ***2... TELKOM IS A BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE. I DON'T KNOW WAT TO DO ANYMORE
