Useless TELDOM

Telkom is the most useless ISP EVER too exist. Never updating our account debit money whenever they like and as much as they like not even notifying us what so ever. I dont even come close to using the data in their FUP but every single month I am being throttled I have tried and tried to explain and talk too them but its like water on a ducks back. After lockdown they must be ready because I am going into the Telkom shop and I am going to place this router and sim where the sun doesnt shine I AM SICK AND TIRED OFF THEIR INCOMPETEND STAFF. I KNOW HOW TO CHANGE SETTING ON A ROUTER IT DOESNT WORK FIX THE FACT THAT I AM THROTTLED EVER SINGLE ***ING MONTH FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!
