Useless Technical Support

Still no outgoing email since 19th October. Escalation ref "still open working on it"!!!! How long does it take to restore service on an outgoing server???? No replies to any of the latest reviews on here so I just don't know what to do. It is now ridiculous and I am furious. They used to respond to Hellopeter reviews but not anymore. REF ********** . All previous refs written off without contacting me!!!!!!!!
