Useless technical support

It has been 3 weeks, I have reported multiple faults, The technician Came out, Said everything is working with the dsl line, 20 minutes later the line is dead. He was also suppose to fix a fax line but were not able to, The next telkom guy came a week later he did fix the fax line, but the dsl line was and is still not fixed,A telkom technician gave me his phone number(Jaco), and said he would come out yesterday 31 August never showed up.. Everytime I call the Technical support its the same story bleh, Please turn of your modem, please turn on your modem, we are changing your port, Then they say there is a fault and a technician wil be booked, Technician comes fixes Nothing, Now I have 2 Down 10MB Dsl lines. What the hell should one do?
