Useless support.

The Fibre connection has been off since Thursday. I have been calling Telkom everyday since Saturday with a fault logged and I cannot get them to come out to resolve my problem. The phone has been put down in my ear, every time I have to state all my info and no assistance. It has been an absolute nightmare to get them to send someone out to resolve this problem. They simply do not send someone out.
