Useless support agents and field technicians

<p>hi guys</p> <p> </p> <p>so Telkom has again disappointed as they always do. They show that they do not care about business there clients there reputation or there clients safety!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I resently logged a complaint about 5 Telkom poles is our yard. The cables are hanging a meter from the ground on numerous ocations burgers have climbed onto the Telkom poles jumping over the walls and breaking into other neighbors yard.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have raised this issue on the 09-02-2017 they responded to the Facebook messenger message and said that they will send a technician I asked for a ref number they said that it is not needed weeks went by without feedback when I queried they said that they will log a call and send a technician *** for tech to go out and investigate. </p> <p> </p> <p>We we are still awaiting feedback when I followed up on the ref no the call agent said that they are busy and the technician will call me. Nothing still has happened. I asked that the call be escalated to a team leader they advised that they will escalate. Still we have not heard anything there are kinds running in the yard able to touch the Telkom cables. There are burglers using Telkom poles to get over walls and attempt to rob people or in some cases rob people. Telkom obviously does not care about the lives of children or there clients being safe. They do not care that their work is sloppy and that people complain to get this fixed. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
