USELESS SUPPORT!!

Call Centre person (Code TKTKFMC) phoned me on Friday. She tried to 'upgrade" me, but I declined. Suddenly, Saturday morning, I cannot phone a hospital in pretoria on an 012 number. I get a message to say that my account has been restricted.

I actually went into a Telkom store where they couldn;t help me - they didn't know what was wrong and they actually referred me to PHONE enquiries from my phone.

For the life of me I couldn't get someone on the line to help me.

USELESS!! FRUSTRATING!! Stores are useless for anything other than selling stuff.

STAY AWAY from from Telkom, and especially from Telkom CONTRACTS!! Once you have it, its like AIDS - you struggle to get rid of it.
