USELESS Store Staff

I have never been so angry in my entire life!!<br> Your store staff are an embarrassment to your company.<br> <br> I have 2 Internet contracts and cancelled one of them (1st November via Email) as my contracts come to an end in January!<br> Last weak, on the 22nd / 23rd I wen't in to the Cresta Store to inquire about the LTE 50+50 Deal...<br> I told them that I wanted to get the LTE this weak and will they have stock. They said yes, we have plenty and won't run out. I then went in to the store Yesterday 28 Dec to go do the upgrade. They then said that they have NO Stock and have no idea when they will get more. I asked for the Manager, He left early and was not available.<br> Mpho said that Clearwater Mall had stock and even Asked them to keep one for me (Also Mpho). I went in today, GUESS WHAT, NO STOCK!! Mpho said that they only had the LTE-A.<br> Peter (@ Clearwater) said that Key West Mall had stock and that they close at 19:00. I asked him if he was sure as I use public transport. He said yes!<br> I rushed off to Key West... GUESS WHAT!!! I arrived at 18:34... CLOSED!!!<br> <br> WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET SERVICE!!!!!!<br> <br> I DEMAND MY UPGRADE TODAY!!!<br> I have already WASTED over R200 on public transport for NOTHING!!
