Useless staff not doing their Job

Spent MORE than a HOUR holding to report a fault. Had a fault for over 2 MONTHS still not resolved. Massive failure on service delivery on their part, blatantly ignoring any calls going into the call center, takes 5 calls when I do get through to have any action taken to resolve my faults.
