useless staff night shift

<p>Spoke to telkom customer support staff with regards to billing and she was not helpfull ask to speak to supervisor and she i guess was told to tell me his on lunch. How can u not have a manager on duty. For customer queries the supervisor simply was clearly to busy. Train your staff to handle matters correctly. And she couldnt give me his name as well. Why is he being protected. Is he that useless</p>
