Useless staff and ********* business practices.

If only it was possible to give a minus rating. This is the 2nd time that this is happening and it is unacceptable.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. ***********.

We have been with Telkom for a few years now. We missed 1 payment 3months ago. With no explanation why the debid order bounced. Only NOW getting a sms that says the account is suspended. The past two months debid orders did go through.

According to Telkom they handed us over to legal and stopped the debid orders. We have not recieved any communication in this regard. We got the legal teams number, they have nothing on thier side.

We have requested a call back from a manager to explain what is going on and how to rectify it bacause the "consultants" cant give any answers. We have requested 5 times a call back ..... still waiting.

What is going on at telkom. Nobody is coming bavk to us with any awnsers.......
