useless services

Disgusted with the service , no internet for the past 4 days contacted technical support all they ever say is that they will mark for urgent called for the 13h time this afternoon and spoke to siphesihle she advised that there is no other way that they can do it or nothing else that they can do we must wait for a technician to come in the area they can't say how long or when and we must pay a call out fee when it's not even our fault that they service is so bad , and when you want to cancel they give you all these terms and conditions that you need to pay but they service doesn't work nor does they staff
