Useless Service with no assistance

<p>I have been struggling for months now with speeds of less than 1mbps on both 3G and LTE , twice they have sent out technicians and nothing is happening . Only thing that they tell me is that it is slow. as if I dont know that . </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent in my cancelation of this contract in may and said that in 21 days someone will be in contact with me . end of June they sent me an email saying that someone will be in contact with me . Its almost end of july and still i havent recieved any call. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am so tired , i am wasting my money on this useless service provide that provides everything but a good service. </p>
