USELESS SERVICE & STAFF

Useless Service from your call center. Since you guys decided to us Vodacom Towers, we have no Signal. I'm paying for a service that has been working for the past 2 years and now nobody is able to help me. I have phone in multiple times and each time I'm told that I need to reset the router as that is my problem.........Fix this issues ASAP or I will stop the debit order and you won't see a cent out of me.......
