Useless service providers ,data **********...data always disappearing

Telkom is nothing but a ***** ,there is always discrepancies when it comes to their data ,no one is willing to help ,I have contacted them several times and they said they can only check the usage (which I can also see) however they cannot check what is making my data disappear...

Today 08/01/2020 I called and spoke to Emilio told me that If need to cancel my contract I will first pay R800 cancellation fee and all the remaining months balance ...

I’m so annoyed I cannot be paying for service/product that I’m not using ...This has been nothing but a useless service provider who does not care their customers ,all they care about is money ...
