Useless service provider! No customer service

After numerous emails phone calls I still struggle to change my debit order date!! Pathetic and useless if you ask me. I have an email correspondence that clearly state THE DEBIT ORDER DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED! Lies lies lies debit was not changed and due to that my account goes into overdraft!
