Useless service provider

worst service ever, the consultants are rude, dont pay attention to details, they leave queries unresolved, like there is no sense of urgency at all, they just lie so that we can end the call, i wouldnt recommend Telkom to anyone, they debited our account on the 1st of June 2025 , till to date they are saying their collections department has not allocated the funds, they have been promising to lift the suspension within 5 to 24 hours since the 5th up until today. they dont want to cancel
