Useless service provider

I’m highly disappointed @ Telkom yesterday afternoon I bought 10GB deal promo data for R149, after 00:00 I was on TikTok become I was under the impression that the data I was using was night surfer data to my suprise this morning I am left with 1.06GB data yet I have 35GB night surfer I am at my wits end with Telkom being a lay person I don’t understand why is it not clearly stated if one buys top up data it is (FIFO) first in first out method I want my data back ASAP, will definitely cancel this stupid contract.
