Useless service provider

My contract is ending and now I want to cancell my contract i spoke with the lady by the name of Confidence from the calcellation department and she advosed me that she is not working from that department and all of a sudden phone went quiet. how can voice prompt say its the cancellation department and when am there its a wronf department?
