Useless service provider

What a useless service provider,been without internet coverage the whole day. At the end of the month you take full payment, WHAT ABOUT THE TIME WE DON'T HAVE COVERAGE OR IT JUST KEEPS ON TO BUFFER. Your staff is just as useless as Telkom self, a person will get more joy talking to a rock then being helped by your staff. Just answer this "WILL YOU BE HAPPY TO PAY FOR SOMETHING AND GET NOTHING". Once again I say "YOU ARE USELESS"
