Useless service provider

Telkom is the worst service provider. When I signed in on their contract it was all fine. I was getting 20Gig. I then upgraded telephonically when their sales person called me. I agreed to the upgrade of 40Gig. I had been getting what I agreed to since I upgraded until March 2020 and it’s supposed to run until next year July, but it suddenly went back to 10Gig. I’m no longer getting the 40Gig. I have called, sent emails and DMs since May 2020. I have been asking for a call recording when I upgraded because they’re telling that I signed up for 10Gig and not 40Gig. How can I upgrade to the same package? Does that make sense? To date they can’t provide me with the call recording. They keep telling me that they’re still looking into the query. From May?? It’s July now and my query is not resolved. Telkom is useless and don’t care about their clients. They’re ******s, I curse the day I signed up with them.
