USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

App and website would not let me make payment so that I can get my line reconnected…. Eventually I was advised to make at a PnP store…. No one informed me that a debit order would still go off… when I called requesting a refund I was told that there’s nothing they could do because the money they debited hasn’t reflected however, the payment I made reflects!!! I’m then told to wait 7 to 14 working days before anything can be done!!!

So what must happen to my debit orders and bank charges that I will be getting???
