Useless service provider

<p>I had a contract with Telkom which I paid up in April, I have been requesting a paid up letter since April with no response. Every time I call in I'm told the case has been closed and an email will be sent to the billings department to find out why they have not contacted me yet nothing ever happens. I work in the financial industry and know a paid up letter does not take 3 months to generate. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have reached my wits end with Telkom. </p>
