Useless Service Provider

Most useless service provider in the country. Very quick to take your money but never there to deliver a service. Had to cancel events today to stay home and wait for a technician to move my line. GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER PITCHED. Telkom you are useless bunch of *********

I booked a line move online on 1 November 2017, come December and all of a sudden that normal useless telkom attitude comes to life. ahhh sir we cant find your order on the system. Rebook the line move. and voila they dont pitch AGAIN! ****ing useless.

Furthermore they advertise a service for R699 per month, now when the invoice comes it is almost R3000, **** that ****! Why do i need to pay for a service that i dont have available? Cant use my ADSL cause this useless service provider cant move the line.
