Useless Service provider

<p>The internet at My Sorbet: new Redruth branch is not working. Or it works for 5 minutes and then its off. We do business on the phone and on line. We keep on phoning and they reset over the phone just to find that in 30 minutes its off again. Since when does TELKOM not give reference numbers.</p> <p>This number and getting it fixed is always an issue. ********** 311</p>
