Useless service provider

Most useless service provider. They call themselves services provider but can't even offer a simple service. My husband has been struggling to do a simswap for a month now. He is a contact user pays over R2500 for all his contract but he has with Telkom. He has been visiting all these different Telkom stores and called the call center but no one seems to know what's happening with his contact Sim. All they can say is that it's a system error. A system error of which no one can seem to resolve. How is Telkom expecting for us to pay for a service we not even using? MY HUSBAND WISHES TO CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS HE HAS WITH TELKOM AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!
