Useless Service Provider

We have requested an ADSL line installation at our house last year October 2015. After numerous requests and ass licking we eventually got someone to come do the install. After the 4th technician had arrived the line was still not active and we could not make use of it we get an account monthly for a service that we do not get. So after 5 month's complaining we get another service call and the tech says that the line was not active and that the problem is now rectified. Now we have to pay over R 3850 for not having an adsl line. They must rather stop advertising and focus on service delivery.
