Useless service provider

Telkom is trying ruin my life, I cant afford to lodge a query with NCR because it will take long. telkom has got the worst service ever, now my credit report is showing negatively because of your incompetence. I have been waiting for a call from Joshua from Social media department since last week. Now i am stuck with a suspended contract even when it has been paid. I so ****ed right now, I wish someone out there could give me some advise.
