useless service provider

Went into the store on 31 january 2015 to get the wi fi package.was told I will get an sms to come in to the store and collect the modem'router' but didnt get the sms.called 10210 and was told to wait for 10 days.called again and was told to wait for 7 more days and guess what today is the 20 of febuary 2015 and still no response.
