Useless service... Non-service!!!

@TelkomZA @vumatel I have previously logged a complaint on Hello Peter and Nothing has been done. No calls or feedback!! Why am I not surprised!! We have been without WiFi over the festive period December to January for a month. Then in February for 2 weeks. Now we have been without WiFi for a month. My daughter works from home and has to buy data and hot spot from her cellphone. We have logged numerous calls almost on a daily basis. We have been told it's being escalated.... But no one has called to give updates. When we request feedback they tell us it has been closed on Telekom side. What???? How can it be closed if we still don't have any internet connection. We need answers please. We have enquiring about other service providers and will cancel the current contract.... Telekom is useless!!!!!!!!
