Useless service, from Thursday to today no Internet

Since we had a contract with telkom for WiFi it has been hell, sometimes working and sometimes not, you call and ask for help 1 lady had an attitude she did not show interest of helping, Telkom doesn’t care about their clients, this is my 4th day without internet and worse of all my son attendance his school class online and I work from home, I had to buy a R300 data for him to attend the class online, telkom is quick to take the money month end and useless to delivery their service, some staff are help full some are just untrained with a stinky attitude, useless service. From 15/07/2021 today it’s Sunday still no internet, I’m just wasting airtime and money calling them on this line 10210
